Wentworth Faculty Federation Ratifies New One-Year Contract

The Wentworth Faculty Federation (WITfed) has agreed to a new one-year contract with the Wentworth Administration by a margin of 76-3 in favor based on a membership vote. The new contract will be in force until April 2023. It extends much of the existing contract elements, but includes the following short-term benefits to WITfed’s membership:

1) A 4% salary increase

2) The retention of merit pay and the equal distribution of a $150,000 merit pool added to base salary.

3) The retention of a guaranteed 10% 401K contribution

4) An increase in health insurance contributions from 60-70%

WITfed will begin negotiations with the WIT administration for a new three-year contract in the early spring of 2023.

The WITfed executive committee, in solidarity, thanks the membership for its clear support of this contract.
