WITFed Provides Overview of MOU for 2022 Contract

On August 22nd, 2022, the Wentworth Faculty Federation Executive Committee provided an overview of the key features of the new one-year contract. The one-year contract included the following workplace improvements:

1) A 4% salary increase (one of the highest in federation history)

2) The retention of faculty merit pay and the equal distribution of a $150,000 merit pool added to base salary.

3) The retention of a guaranteed 10% 401K contribution

4) An increase in health insurance contributions from 60-70%
